How to Manually Pair Students

To create the manual pairings:

From your home screen, click Play and then Play vs. Kid.

1) The kids must be waiting in Fast Chess to be paired by clicking on Play vs. Kid.

2) You will need to pair one match at a time.

3) Examples of the match command: /match Username1 Username2 5 1; /match Username1 Username2 15, where username1 is white, username 2 is black, the number is the number of minutes per side and the second number is the increment.

4) Kids will need to report their result to you, and/or you can also look in a player’s game history to find the game/result.

5) Kids must be in the same club or group to be paired.

You can see the commands and make the manual pairings in the message tab in Fast Chess. You type the command into the message box and click Enter to initiate the pairing.
