Midway Airport Drop Off
Students can be dropped off at the Midway Airport Departure Entrance near Door 3 (Entry UL-3). Students need to arrive by
Busing to Midway Airport
Busing will be available from several locations around the city based on the number of students that signed up to ride the bus.
Flight Information
Depart on Thursday, May 8
Return on Monday, May 12, Students must be picked up by their parents or guardians by on Monday. Students taking public transportation home should provide our team with a letter from their parents.

Meals
Schools are responsible for arranging to cover the cost of meals for their students and chaperones. Students may bring money for personal expenses like snacks, souvenirs, etc.

Chaperones
Each school appoints their chaperone. Chaperones are responsible for the care and safety of their students and should be the first point of contact for students & parents. Students & parents need to have the cellphone numbers and email address for their child’s chaperones
