Midway Airport Meet Up
We will meet your children at the Midway Airport Departure Entrance near Door 3 (Entry UL-3). Students should arrive by 6:00 am!
Busing to Midway Airport
Based on the number of schools that signed up to ride the bus, the pick up itinerary is as follows. Students will be transported in a 15 passenger vehicle to the airport. Drop off at Airport

Flight Information
Thursday, April 4, Southwest Airlines flight # WN3466 to Baltimore, departs from Midway Airport at 8:10 am, arrives 11:00 am
Monday, April 8, Flight # WN2508, hotel bus pick-up is scheduled for 5:20 am, departs from Baltimore at 8:20 am, arrives Midway Airport at 9:25 am. Students must be picked up by their parents or guardians by 10:30 am on Monday. Students taking public transportation home should provide our team with a letter from their parents.

Meals
Schools are responsible for arranging to cover the cost of meals for their students and chaperones. Students may bring money for personal expenses like snacks, souvenirs, etc.

Chaperones
Each school has appointed their chaperone. Chaperones are responsible for the care and safety of their students and should be the first point of contact for students & parents. Students & parents need to have the cellphone numbers and email address for their child’s chaperones
