Chicago Public Schools partnered with Queens United Chess, a student-run organization to develop CPS Chess Queens. The program removes cost barriers and expands the accessibility of chess through female-led chess programs. We are looking for female-identifying 6th-12th grade students to join the Ambassador Program to serve as leaders in their communities. No prior chess experience is necessary – all team members go through a training program beforehand.
