Welcome Back Chess Coaches!
You’re invited to attend one of this year’s Academic Chess Coaches Meetings, which will be held virtually via Zoom. Two meeting options are available:

Attendance at one of the meetings is mandatory, and advance registration is required. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom login details. If you have multiple coaches attending, ensure that each coach registers individually.
Coaches will learn about the changes for 2026-27 to include:
- Aspen requirements
- Process for paying coaches
- Tournament participation requirements

This session will provide an in-depth overview of both the Academic Chess and Cops & Kids programs. All new coaches are strongly encouraged to attend, as this information will not be covered during the annual coaches meetings.
