This ChessKid-rated event brings CPS Academic Chess students together for a day of thoughtful competition, reflection, and unity through the game of chess.

🔐 ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
Students must have their ChessKid account connected to the CPS Enterprise account at least 3 days before the tournament.
SCHEDULE
- Join Tournament Opens: 9:45 AM
- Round 1 Begins: 10:00 AM (Rounds start ASAP after that)

- K-12 Rising Stars (Under 800 rating)
- 5-Round Individual Swiss
- Time Control: G/15;+5
- K-12 Knights (800+ rating)
- 4-Round Individual Swiss
- Time Control: G/30;+5
🏆 AWARDS
Certificates for 1st–3rd place in each section
Awards will be delivered to students’ school offices

Students joining after a round starts must wait for the next round
