OPEN TO K-8 GRADE STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE ACADEMIC CHESS PROGRAM

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Tournament limited to 60 teams
Parents may drop off students, they will not be allowed to remain inside the building during the tournament. – Letter to parents regarding this policy
Parents are welcome to attend the awards ceremony and will be allowed into the building 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the awards.

We ask that everyone self-screen and not to attend the tournament if they are displaying any symptoms of being sick

SCHOOLS CAN REGISTER UP TO 2 5-PLAYER TEAMS. REGISTRATION BY SCHOOL COACHES ONLY. NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION. ON-SITE TEAM MEMBER SUBSTITUTION ALLOWED.

** FOR PLAYERS REGISTERED FOR THIS TOURNAMENT WITH NO OR EXPIRED USCF MEMBERSHIP, COACHES NEED TO COMPLETE THE USCF MEMBERSHIP FORM

SCHOOLS CAN HAVE 2 CHAPERONES, 3 IF 15 OR MORE STUDENTS ARE PLAYING IN THE TOURNAMENT. CHAPERONES MUST BE A CPS EMPLOYEE, LEVEL I OR II VOLUNTEER, OR A VENDOR.
