SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  • Tournament limited to 500 players maximum
  • Parents may drop off students, they will not be allowed to remain inside the building during the tournament. – Letter to parents regarding this policy
  • Parents are welcome to attend the awards ceremony and will be allowed into the building 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the awards.

We ask that everyone self-screen and not to attend the tournament if they are displaying any symptoms of being sick

REGISTRATION

SCHOOLS CAN REGISTER UP TO 15 PLAYERS. REGISTRATION BY SCHOOL COACHES ONLY.  NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION OR SUBSTITUTIONS

BUSING

BUSING MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR SCHOOL TO AND FROM THE TOURNAMENT. WE ARE USING AMMONS TRANSPORTATION 773 874 7777.

CHAPERONES

SCHOOLS CAN HAVE 2 CHAPERONES, 3 IF 12 OR MORE STUDENTS ARE PLAYING IN THE TOURNAMENT. CHAPERONES MUST BE A CPS EMPLOYEE, LEVEL I OR II VOLUNTEER, OR A VENDOR.
